Thank God for epidurals! Seriously... After starting Pitocin at around 9am, labor became very painful by 11am. Anesthesia was in the OR, so I had to wait... took some Fentanyl that got me through until the injection. After that, I was numb; tired, but relatively comfortable. Sweet Baby Ray made his grand entrance at 7:50pm MST on Tuesday 11/2/09, weighing in at 7 pounds 10 ounces and 20 inches long.
